Frequently Asked Questions
The questions we receive most often about urban renewal and revenue-sharing construction processes, with answers.
How long does the urban renewal process take?
From risk assessment to turnkey delivery, the process is usually completed within 18 to 30 months depending on project size. The schedule of each stage is clearly stated in the contract.
How is the revenue-sharing ratio determined?
The sharing ratio is determined by a valuation report based on the location, zoning status, soil conditions and market conditions of the land, and is secured with a notarised contract.
Can I receive rent support during the process?
Rights holders within the scope of risky buildings can benefit from rent support or relocation assistance within the relevant legislation. Our team supports you in the application processes.
Who carries out the building inspection?
All our projects are inspected by ministry-licensed independent building inspection organisations. Inspection reports are shared with rights holders upon request.
